During our stay at Scarlet Sails Resort, we experienced exceptional service and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and ensure we had a memorable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the stunning sunset view from the rooftop, which was truly breathtaking. The location of the resort was perfect, offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The room itself was amazing, providing all the necessary amenities and a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the great restaurant on-site. The resort's private pool was a definite highlight, providing a refreshing and relaxing space exclusively for guests. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, such as limited fruit options at breakfast and ongoing construction noise, we would highly recommend Scarlet Sails Resort for an unforgettable stay in Cambodia. we had a fantastic experience, and we are definitely planning to come back.

We recently stayed at a beachfront resort and had a wonderful experience at Scarlet Sails. the manager was accommodating and resolved any issues promptly, even offering us a discounted rate. the location is fantastic, near the pier and right on the beach. the pool and beach amenities were great, and the bungalows were comfortable with lovely patio spaces.

Cozy bungalows with well-equipped AC, cleaned daily during breakfast. Delicious food at the restaurant, although slightly pricey. Big, clean pool and okay beach with available sunbeds. Great location, 2-minute walk from the pier and close to bars for cheaper dining options.

I had a fantastic time at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beachfront with stunning ocean views. The hotel offered a porter service and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Mr. Kong, the manager, was fantastic and the service provided by the staff was truly outstanding. The hotel had a beautiful pool right on the beach, which was the perfect way to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were helpful. The hotel also offered laundry service, which was convenient. Additionally, there were some great restaurants nearby, offering delicious food and lovely walks to bars in the area. I highly recommend this place, as the management and staff made my stay unforgettable.

This resort is located on the beautiful white sand of Long Set beach, making it the perfect spot for a beach getaway. Guests can enjoy the convenience of being close to other restaurants on the island, allowing them to explore different dining options. The rooms are cozy and well-equipped, with new and quiet AC. The pool area is wonderful, and the beach is stunning with clean towels provided.

The breakfast could be better and the restaurant prices are a little high compared to other options nearby.

Great location near the pier and beautiful beach, which is definitely the highlight of the trip. the porter service was a nice touch, and we appreciated the option for laundry service.

There was a lot of construction noise and chaos, with unfinished chalets and bare wiring hanging from the walls. the hotel needs maintenance and improvement.

The resort is located conveniently close to the port, and they even sent someone to meet us upon arrival. We also enjoyed the opportunity to go snorkeling and use the resort's beach equipment. The beach itself was clean and quiet during our stay. We would definitely recommend Scarlet Sails and would love to stay there again. Thanks for a wonderful time!
