The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to the river and near to the center of the city. It is within walking distance to restaurants and most everything. However, it is not very close to the pub street. The rooms are comfortable with their own patios and quick access to the pool. The staff provides excellent service and goes out of their way to ensure guests are comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and the pool is clean and beautiful.

The laundry service at the hotel can be quite expensive compared to local alternatives.

We had a fantastic stay with huge clean modern rooms and balconies overlooking a beautiful outdoor area. The hotel facilities, including the jungle swimming pool, were superb. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of the town and close to many restaurants. The staff were extra kind and attentive, making us feel like home.

We loved this place! The location was perfect, just a short tuktuk ride from the town center. The service was outstanding, the staff made us feel so welcome. The room amenities were great, with tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. We also enjoyed the free toiletries and the flat-screen TV. The staff here were the best we have ever encountered at any hotel. They really went above and beyond to make our stay special. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and there were cots available for families with young children. we had a fantastic experience here.

Spent Thanksgiving at this little slice of paradise. Enjoyed the gleaming clean rooms and refreshing pool set in a peaceful garden. the staff was outstanding, always going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. We appreciated the short walk to the vibrant center for shopping and dining. A great bonus was the fascinating sightseeing tours offered with an expert guide.

The breakfast options were limited in choice. the poolside sun loungers needed more shade options to protect from the intense heat.
