The hotel is conveniently located, being fairly close to downtown and infamous pub street. The rooms are clean and quiet, providing a comfortable stay. The friendly staff offer helpful service and are always ready to assist guests. The swimming pool offers a pleasant place to relax after a day of exploring the nearby Angkor temples.

We had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service comparable to higher priced hotels. Our room was cleaned daily and we always had fresh towels for the pool. Additionally, we received complimentary bottles of water every day and could easily request toiletries when we ran out. The location was ideal, with good restaurants within walking distance and easy access to the city centers. The owner even helped us book transportation to Battambang, which went smoothly.

Stayed at Smiley's Guesthouse for three nights during my visit to Siem Reap. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They arranged a fantastic Angkor Wat tour with a knowledgeable and reliable driver who allowed me to customize my itinerary. The guesthouse's location was ideal, close to the city center but away from the noise. They even let me leave my bag when my bus arrived early in the morning.

I would highly recommend this hotel.
