This place is amazing! The location on Otres beach is simply perfect. I loved being able to walk right onto the beach from my room. The service here is top-notch. The staff at the reception desk and in the restaurant were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome and attended to my every need in a quiet and unfussed manner. The room amenities were fantastic. I had everything I needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a lovely patio to relax on. The hotel also had a swimming pool and free Wi-Fi, which were great additions to my stay.

Families will love this hotel. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the facilities are perfect for children.

The included breakfast was big and filling. Lovely and clean beach. Staff was helpful and friendly. Relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Great location away from the main beaches. Beautiful sunsets.

This hotel is perfectly located right on the stunning Otres II beach, where you can relax under thatched canopies and enjoy the beautiful seafront view. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with functional amenities and high-quality linen. The staff provides attentive service, and the breakfast selection is delicious. The private beach area is well-maintained and the sun beds are comfortable.

One downside is that some of the furniture in the rooms appears worn and in need of updating.

Spent Xmas at a hotel near Otres 2 beach. the breakfast on the beach was a great experience and the staff were fantastic. the pool was romantic and the nearby beach/restaurant area was comfortable. the surroundings and view were stunning, and the hotel was well-designed.

The room was not what we expected. the room was advertised as having a balcony/patio, but in reality it was a claustrophobic patio filled with bugs.
