The location was superb, with easy access to the river, Royal Palace, and National Museum. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful garden and a great pool to cool down in during the hot season. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and our very large room was spotless. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff at the breakfast and evening bar were genuinely friendly and caring.

The hotel's location is perfect, nestled near important monuments and government residences. Just a short walk away, you can find the National monument, and the Prime Minister's residence is just around the corner. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff is exceptional, providing excellent service and always ready to assist. The breakfast is delicious, offering a wide variety of options. There is also a beautiful pool area with a bar/restaurant, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The air conditioning in the rooms could be improved.

My stay at the Kabiki was truly memorable. The location was fantastic as it was tucked away on a private road in the heart of the city. It was within walking distance of the royal palace area and a short tuk tuk ride away from all the attractions. The staff at the Kabiki were incredibly warm and friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to help. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The complimentary water and fruit were a nice touch. the Kabiki provided a peaceful oasis in the midst of the bustling city.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms, and had the most comfortable bed we've ever had during our travels. The location was great, allowing us to take a pleasant 10-15 minute stroll to the city center. We also appreciated the plentiful and tasty breakfast.

The hotel's pool exchange rate was not great, so we would recommend using an alternate currency exchange option. the quality of housekeeping was inconsistent and staff communication was sometimes a challenge.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet street within a guarded residential area, just in the center of the busy city. The hotel is even situated near the National monument down a very secure road, which is a result of the Cambodia version of the White House next door where the country's president lives. The convenience of being close to the city's main attractions while still enjoying a peaceful environment was ideal.

We highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
