I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade upon arrival at Hari Residence & Spa. The buffet breakfast offered a diverse and delicious selection each morning. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Pub Street, markets, and local shops. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Hari Residence & Spa.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city. It is just a short walk away from the bustling Pub Street, so you have easy access to all the restaurants, bars, and shops. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel is tucked away on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

There were a few cleanliness issues in the room. The duvet had mold on it and there was dust on the pillow.

A truly unforgettable experience thanks to the amazing staff, especially Kim, Kaka, and Vattei. We can't recommend this place enough!

The staff members at this hotel are incredibly welcoming and helpful. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and ensure that you have everything you need. I really enjoyed the breakfast selection and the clean and beautifully designed facilities. the location is also convenient, being close to the city center.

The WiFi signal was not very strong in my room, which made it difficult to do work from the hotel. the pool area can get a bit crowded during peak times, which made it a little less relaxing than I would have preferred.

The location was walking distance to 'Pub Street', which had great restaurants for expats and tourists. The hotel even had its own tuk-tuks for getting around.

Felt like family, no complaints.
