the decor lacked vibrant colors or any flowers. Lastly, some guests and I were put off by the General Manager's unfriendly and rude demeanor when dealing with customer issues.

Loved sipping cocktails at the rooftop CANOPY Bar, feeling like a mystical tree creature. The art exhibition was fascinating, making me ponder life's confluences. And the food, oh, the creative dishes took my tastebuds on a delightful journey!

So charming that they took me on a scenic pharmacy tour. Too bad it was farther than necessary, but hey, maybe they wanted me to see more of the city!

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, which fulfilled all our exclusive amenities needs. the staff was friendly and attentive, providing a great service. the Spa & wellness centre, with its massages, full body treatments and spa lounge, was amazing and helped us relax. the outdoor saltwater pool was fantastic, with a sun terrace and sun loungers. the beautifully maintained garden area was also a great place to unwind.

The location, although close to several restaurants and shops, was a bit far from the main attractions. the menu of the Poolside snack bar was limited.

I had an incredible stay at Treeline Urban Resort in the heart of Siem Reap. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the famous Pub Street and a quick TukTuk ride to the breathtaking Angkor Wat Temples. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained and had a low-key design with amazing art. My room was comfortable and well designed, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfast menu was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter's allergies, making her feel safe and well-catered for. The infinity pool was one of the most relaxing I've experienced, and the friendly and helpful staff added to the overall amazing experience. I highly recommend this hidden gem in Siem Reap.
