I recently stayed at the Victoria in Siem Reap for a leisure trip and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is a beautiful colonial era style building located on a quiet street near the city central park. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. The highlight was the Khmer traditional massage at the spa, which was one of the best I have ever experienced. The hotel also had a lovely swimming pool set in a tropical garden and two dining options - a fine dining French restaurant and a casual dining room with a terrace adjoining the pool. a luxurious and memorable experience.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a convenient location near the city central park. The room was comfortable with a nice bathroom, and the service was excellent. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, including made-to-order omelets and fresh smoothies. The hotel also had a spacious gym and a beautiful pool area with lounges available. Additionally, the hotel was close to pub street where we could enjoy affordable drinks, and it was next to a mall in a quiet area.

The mattress was a bit too firm.

Beautiful design and layout, offering comfort and privacy. Friendly and pleasant staff, always with a smile. Excellent range of food options, especially the breakfast buffet. Comfortable rooms with amenities and private balconies. Nice pool and spa facilities.

During my thanksgiving trip stay, I must say that the well-manicured gardens and the clean pool were the best aspects of the hotel. the breakfast buffet was also fantastic with an array of delicious options. the room was spacious and comfortable, providing us with a good night's sleep.

The bathroom fixtures were old and in dire need of maintenance. the TV provided in the room was very small and had poor reception, making it difficult to enjoy any programs.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with the museum, park, and royal residence nearby. It's also close to the former Foreign Correspondent's Club and just a short walk to pub street. The hotel itself is a tranquil oasis with beautiful gardens and a lovely pool area. The room was comfortable and I enjoyed the thoughtful touch of a local fable card and chocolate each evening. The buffet breakfast was exceptional, although I switched to a la carte after a few days because it was so filling. The staff were friendly and efficient.

I had a wonderful breakaway from everyday bustle at a charming colonial-style hotel. The layout and design of the property matched the pictures perfectly. The spa staff made the experience truly worth it, especially after exploring the nearby temples. The hotel didn't scale down operations during low season, providing a great stay at a reasonable cost. Clean, comfortable, and cozy, I couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of our needs. the Spa & wellness centre, Swimming pool, and Jacuzzi were all fantastic amenities that provided a relaxing experience. the room advantages were exclusive and our private facilities were impressive. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the Restaurant and the drinks at the Bar/ Lounge area.

Our only issue was a minor one, the service was slightly slow and we had to wait longer than expected for some of our requests. the hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made up for the slower service.
