our recent stay in blue mountains was amazing. the pictures didn't do justice to the lovely home at 106 birch view trail. the large private deck and close proximity to blue mountain village made it even better. exceeded our expectations!

this cozy home was more than what we expected! it had all the amenities we needed and a wonderful private deck. being close to blue mountain village was a great bonus, making our stay even more enjoyable. it comfortably accommodated our large group of 6 adults and 6 kids. definitely exceeded our previous blue mountain stays!

One minor inconvenience was a missing towel.

It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.

Not easy to find

The location of 106 Birch View Trail is perfect, with easy access to the Blue Mountain Village and shopping areas. The cottage itself is clean and well-equipped, making it suitable for a big family like ours. The size of the place was great, accommodating all 6 adults and 6 kids comfortably. The pictures don't do justice to the beautiful chalet, which has a large private deck and all the amenities we needed. It was also nice to have enough beds for everyone.

Despite the positive aspects, there were a few drawbacks to our stay. com. The constant reminders to exit the premises by 11 AM were unnecessary, considering we always comply with the rules.

The location was super convenient, just a few turns away from the blue mountain village and shopping area. The cottage was mind-blowingly clean and spacious, easily accommodating our party of 6 adults and 6 kids. The pictures of the property didn't do it justice; it was a jaw-droppingly lovely home with all the amenities you could ask for. The large private deck was perfect for outdoor dining, and we were thrilled to find wi-fi, on-site car park, a dryer, and cookware/kitchen utensils provided. The air conditioning kept us cool during our stay, and the flat-screen TV and video games provided endless entertainment. We even had access to the fitness centre and enjoyed hiking on the nearby trails and playing golf at the nearby golf course. Plus, the jacuzzi was a fantastic bonus! We were also delighted to find that pets were allowed and that the property had a strict no smoking policy. it was a 10/10 experience!
