The housekeeping was nonexistent despite multiple requests. the room we stayed in lacked necessary amenities - no shower gel and very limited wardrobe space.

The location of this hotel is amazing. It's just a short walk to the festival and the old town area. Additionally, it's within close proximity to Union Station. The staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. There is a great hot tub and sauna, and the lobby is well-designed.
