I had an amazing stay at Ace Hotel! The room was private, quiet, and had a retro vibe with a vinyl record player. The location was convenient, near streetcar stops and great restaurants. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. my stay at Ace Hotel was fantastic. The value for money was great, the room was stylish and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond. Just a small improvement to the breakfast experience would make it even better.

The breakfast could be improved with utensils readily available for snacks that require them.

Noisy rooms at times.

I recently had the most amazing stay at a retro-themed hotel. the large King room was absolutely beautiful, and the mini-bar was well stocked. And oh, the bathtub! It was the cherry on top. But the biggest highlight of my stay at this hotel was the incredible team, especially Jenevieve at the Lobby Lounge. Her warmth, genuine nature, and attentiveness made me feel truly welcome. the food at the Lounge was also delicious, and I loved that they offered non-cow dairy cheese, which was a thoughtful detail.
