The staff were friendly and always helpful. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a well-stocked kitchen and all the essentials provided. The blackout curtains were great for blocking out the sun, and the hotel offered indoor parking. The hotel was conveniently located, just a 15-minute walk to Parliament Hill and the ByWard Market.

The suites were HUGE and had all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. the cleanliness was top notch and the staff was super friendly. One of the best things was the location - close to work and downtown attractions. Also loved the option to opt-out of daily room cleaning in exchange for a discount or Starbucks gift card.

The lighting in the suites could use some improvement - it was too bright and flickering. the water temperature was hard to adjust and kept fluctuating between hot and cold.
