We got great value for our money with a clean and comfortable room at Alpen Motel. The location was perfect, near the hot springs and Kootenay National Park, and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff treated us well and were accommodating to our needs.

The staff is friendly and provides helpful local information. The motel also offers a great balcony and guest patio area for relaxation, as well as a family BBQ option.

The fridge may not be cold enough, so it's advisable to check it before storing perishable food.

During our Christmas holiday, we found some great amenities included in our stay. The friendly staff offered a bike wash station and storage for our 14 bicycles. the location was ideal, with easy walking distance to a variety of dining options and access to outdoor activities. On top of all that, the room was spotlessly clean, making our stay comfortable.

We were told that it was due to a service outage, which was frustrating, especially during the holidays. the bed was quite hard, and there was no microwave available for our use.
