My recent stay at Alt Hotel Calgary University District was fantastic, thanks to its ideal location close to the university district and modern, well-thought-out design. the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay personalized and welcoming. the comfortable room, convenient underground parking, and easy access to nearby businesses and restaurants added to the overall positive experience. One improvement could be providing ceramic mugs instead of paper cups for a more luxurious feel.

During my easter getaway, I loved the vibrant surroundings of the hotel, with numerous coffee shops and restaurants nearby for a delightful culinary experience. Its prime location near a mall made shopping easy, and the proximity to the university was perfect for attending events. convenient access to downtown Calgary allowed for seamless exploration of the city's core.

the absence of a mini-bar or fridge in the room was disappointing, and the coffee machine lacked clear instructions, impacting the experience negatively.

the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch. the water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and the room layout made it feel bright and spacious. the location was excellent, close to everything we needed. Despite some small inconveniences like the lack of a mini fridge and high prices for extras, such as bottled water, we had a pleasant experience overall. I'd recommend this hotel for its convenience and comfortable amenities.

The staff were attentive, and the room and bathroom were beautifully designed. the lack of ceramic mugs and hot water issues were disappointing. The frayed towels and high prices were a letdown, but the manager provided a discount and the staff were accommodating. The need to keep the room key in the holder for power was inconvenient, and the inability to adjust the A/C below 18° was uncomfortable. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's cleanliness and modern decor were notable.

The room had a bath and freebies. There's a gym & parking on-site. Some rooms show the city. Close to spots & the room has a TV & coffee maker. About 1.5 km away from downtown. the bed & bathroom are neat. Asked staff for AC help, took forever! Address mix-up was annoying. No fridge in the room. I must have coffee!
