This hotel is superb, right smack in the middle of the city with an excellent range of restaurants, convenience stores, and a drug store within a 3-minute walk. The location is perfect for tourists to see the main attractions in O-Town. It's great for walking around the city to see the sights near the Ottawa River. The rooms are extremely well thought out and extremely well designed, save for a few small items, and more on that later. The basic amenities in the room are everything I like to have on a business trip: iron and ironing board, coffee pot, full-length mirror, and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was also included in our stay and had a good selection.

The bathroom cleanliness was inconsistent and there was no room service. the limited food selection at the bar was also a downside.

The staff exceeded our expectations by providing our dog with a bed, blanket, bowls, and treats, and always greeted him with love. They also gave great restaurant recommendations. The location is perfect and the bed was extremely comfortable. Overall I highly recommend this hotel!
