This hotel is amazing! it's in the perfect location, right in the centre of St. John's with a breathtaking view over the harbor. You can easily explore downtown St. John's and enjoy the local restaurants and shopping streets. Secondly, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful in every possible way. Moreover, the rooms are comfortable with a beautiful harbour view. Finally, the breakfast included in the package is delicious.

Parking can be tricky so do be careful.

My stay at the hotel was exceptional! The snowstorm shut down the city during my visit, but the staff went above and beyond to keep guests comfortable and fed with delicious food. The covered parking was a bonus and the lobby offered space to work and relax. highly recommend!

I recently stayed at Alt Hotel in St. John's for a short business trip. The secure underground parking was a major perk in a city with limited parking options. Our weekend stay at this hotel was great. the room we had was super clean and modern. the shower was also one of the best we've experienced. the hotel's location was excellent, with most of the city's main attractions within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. We also liked that we could control the lighting, temperature, and blinds in our room.

The restaurant associated with the hotel had a strange menu, and while we had dinner there, we wouldn't recommend it. the room was a bit small and cramped with the bed taking up most of the space.

The lobby is beautiful and full of activities like pool games. Rooms are cozy, and the beautiful furnishings make up for the size. Smart panels run everything in the room, including an excellent coffee maker.

The hotel lacks enough on-site parking, and guests have to park in a lot down the road.

The decor and bright welcome were impressive. They were also very friendly to our little dog. The hotel was clean, modern, and quiet. The food at Terre was exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay!
