For the price we paid, the value was exceptional. The room was cozy and the bed was so comfortable, I would come back just for that. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the airport train/shuttle. The staff treated us like VIPs, especially Jose and the Spanish-speaking lady who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The food for breakfast could've been better, but everything else made up for it.

We loved how easy it was to get to the airport from the hotel. The free terminal train was just next door and took us there in less than a minute. The staff was friendly and fixed an issue with our sliding bathroom door. Would stay again. recommended.

I had a great experience at this hotel during my short stopover before my flight. The location was perfect, right next to the train line and just a short shuttle ride away from the airport. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including coffee maker, ironing facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing me to check in early and check out late before my flight. I also loved the convenience of having a restaurant and bar/lounge area on site, perfect for grabbing a meal or drink before heading to bed.

I was pleasantly surprised by the eco-friendly initiatives at the hotel. They provided reusable bottles for soaps and creams, had recycle bins in the room, and used glass glasses instead of plastic. The Nespresso machine with recyclable pods and cardboard cups were also a nice touch. Additionally, I appreciated the use of the key card to activate the lighting and deactivate when not in the room. The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Though the hotel lacked some amenities like controls for the air conditioning and a plug in the bathroom sink for shaving, we made do with what we had. There was no ice bucket, but we were able to find a workaround.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, located right at Toronto airport. It was so convenient not having to take a taxi, as the hotel is just a few yards away from the airport train station. The room was spacious and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and plenty of outlets for charging my devices. The bathroom was impressive, with a small bench that came in handy. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the bar area had reasonably priced drinks. it was a great experience.

The website could provide better information about the train service instead of mentioning a shuttle that doesn't exist.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially given its location just outside Viscount station. It's super convenient to have the Link light rail station right beside it. The staff are super friendly and the basic amenities are wonderful - the rooms have an especially comfortable bed and an excellent coffee machine. And to top it off, the breakfast is included and comes with green bananas.

During our Christmas stay, we were delighted by the two complimentary facts we received, which added to the already convenient location of the hotel close to the airport. we appreciated the modern decor of the rooms and the comfortable bed. One of the key advantages was the access to a variety of streaming options on the TV, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel restaurant operated on a grab and go basis, which was a bit disappointing. Although the food was surprisingly tasty, we would have preferred to have more dining options.
