We got great value for our money at Ambiance By The Falls B&B. The room was clean and comfortable, with an amazing shower that felt like it had a direct line to Niagara Falls. The location was convenient, with a hop-on-hop-off bus stop just a short walk away. The staff, Kevin and his wife, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I recently had a great stay at a charming B&B near Niagara Falls. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect - just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of the Falls area, but still easily accessible. Plus, it saved us from having to pay those pesky parking fees! The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The attention to detail in the rooms was evident, although they were a bit on the small side. Nonetheless, it didn't detract from our overall experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

It is close to everything, including a quick walk to the Falls. it is away from all the busy streets of Niagara, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, with a bathtub and shower in the room. The breakfast prepared by the friendly owners is outstanding, with a variety of delicious options.

There could be more hooks in the restroom for hanging clothes.

They made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms at this hotel are very quiet and nicely equipped. They had everything we needed and were very clean.

Nestled just off the bustling streets of Niagara, this cozy B&B offers a perfect weekend getaway or extended stay experience. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained, with spacious bathrooms boasting excellent water pressure and complimentary Olay and Pantene products. The friendly owners provide exceptional service, offering helpful suggestions for local attractions and serving up a delicious breakfast, including mouth-watering spring rolls and famous blueberry muffins. The location is within walking distance of all the major attractions, ensuring convenience without the noise and crowds.

Although the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, the B&B is housed in an older home with stairs leading up to the second floor. However, the stairs are well-lit, in good condition, and feature new carpeting and banisters.

Kevin, our friendly host, went above and beyond to accommodate us, even serving breakfast early before our tour. The location is perfect - close to the center yet peaceful and quiet. The breakfast, with a variety of fruit options and a delicious cooked meal prepared by Kevin, was outstanding. This place is a hidden gem and we will definitely book again.

We had a fantastic stay at Ambiance! The location was perfect for exploring Niagara Falls, as we were able to walk everywhere without needing our car or worrying about parking. The house was beautifully furnished and meticulously clean, making it one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed in. The breakfasts cooked by Anna were absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of food to choose from. We also loved the fact that coffee, tea, water, and fruit were available all day long. Kevin, our host, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and taken care of.

We had a lovely romantic escape. The breakfast was hearty and filling with delicious granola, fruit and Omelettes. The hosts were helpful, allowing for a late check-out, and offered plenty of information about the area's attractions. the location was ideal, only a short walk away from the main entertainment district.
