From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a warm welcome and even asked about my pet. The rooms are beautifully designed and the bed is incredibly comfortable. I particularly love the heated floors and the TV, which provide enhanced comfort and entertainment. The attention to detail is impeccable, with a humidifier in the room and outlets outside to plug in my vehicle. They even provide extension cords at the front desk in case you forget yours. It truly is the most pet-friendly hotel I have ever been to.
