The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and linens. The concierge went above and beyond, reserving a table for us on the rooftop terrace to watch the international fireworks competition. I had a wonderful experience at Auberge Du Vieux Port and would highly recommend it.

The room at Auberge Du Vieux Port was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the view of St. Paul Street and the nice European ambiance. The climate control worked nicely, and the staff, including Vincent, Magalie, Marie, and Thomas. The location of the hotel was perfect, near the bustling old Port and the busy rue Saint-Paul, with plenty of galleries and shops to explore. We also enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace and the opportunity to watch the Montreal Marathon live. the hotel had great amenities and a fantastic location.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the old town close to many attractions, restaurants, and a park. However, the rooms and bathrooms are quite small and have limited facilities, unlike the Lofts du Vieux-Port. The breakfast is satisfactory but nothing special, and the staff can be hit or miss with their service. Some guests had great experiences with the front desk staff, while others noted mixed interactions with the restaurant and luggage staff.

The room decor and amenities are not always top-notch, and the lack of an elevator in some areas of the hotel can be challenging for guests with mobility issues.

Our “river view” room was a bit disappointing as the trees blocked the view. the bed was a bit lumpy, but the linens were comfortable.
