A True Getaway! The Alberge is brand new and extremely comfortable. The balconies overlook a gorgeous lake, and kayaks, paddle boats, and rowboats are available for free. The whole complex is tucked away in the wilderness, perfect for couples or families. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing Christmas vacation at this lodge! the room was clean, cozy, and had a breathtaking view. the shared kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking our own meals. Plus, the deck overlooking the water was just stunning. We also loved that the lodge was located a few miles from town, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

That there was no restaurant on-site, so we had to drive about 10 minutes to find a place to eat. However, the beautiful lake view from our room and the availability of kayaks and paddle boats made up for it.

The communal kitchen was well equipped and spotless, making it easy to prepare meals. The highlight for me was the beautiful view of the lake, which I could enjoy from the comfort of my own terrace. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the sun terrace were also a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay at a lodge just outside of town, with an amazing location right on the lake. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view from the balcony. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the continental breakfast provided was decent. The lodge had a shared kitchen and beautiful deck overlooking the water, making it a perfect place to relax. Moreover, being close to the ferry allowed for easy transportation.

That there was no restaurant on the property and it was a short drive to reach the town for dining options.

Some guests mentioned that accessing the porch directly from the room would have been convenient, but I understand the need for security.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious with a stunning view of the lake. The location was perfect, tucked away in beautiful scenery but still close enough to Tadoussac for whale watching. The staff, especially the ladies at reception, were incredibly knowledgeable about the local wildlife and made our stay easy and enjoyable.

The view from the room was lovely and cozy with the fireplace. It was nice to have access to a shared kitchen which had everything needed for cooking. the location was great, close to all the attractions nearby so we never had to travel much.

The holiday season was a bit of the hustle and bustle for us, but the hotel did not help in our effort to relax. the rooms were not properly cleaned as the linens were not changed often enough, and the bathroom was not cleaned on a regular basis.
