The soundproofing between the suites could be improved, as conversations from neighboring rooms can be easily heard.

Quiet location at the end of winter, close to nice town of Bancroft. All kitchen facilities needed for a few nights away. Use of hot tub was great. On-site manager is very helpful. Owner gave us a bit later check-out. Peaceful summer getaway with comfortable lawn, BBQ, and fire pits. Canoeing and pedal surfs available. Beautiful sunsets over the frozen lake. Cute decor, solid amenities, and reasonable pricing. Loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the weather and lake activity.

The location near the lake was fantastic, and we had a great time using the free water toys like the canoe and paddleboard. The jacuzzi was also a nice touch and provided a relaxing way to end the day. Being able to cook our own meals in the fully equipped kitchen was convenient and saved us money.

Finding the lodge was a bit tricky without a clear sign at the beginning of the street. the fridge in our room was quite noisy, and we could even hear our neighbors in the kitchen.
