The location was perfect for exploring downtown, with easy access to the waterfront, Harbour Air terminals, and popular attractions like Fort Bastion. Additionally, the hotel is situated near cafes, boutique shops, and the Harbourfront walk, making it a great choice for those wanting to experience the Nanaimo Bar trail.

The hotel itself was clean, friendly, and offered a good value for the cost. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, especially Eli who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The rooftop patio dining provided stunning views of the harbor, and the service staff was excellent. The lobby was inviting and recently redone, adding to the overall charm of the hotel.

This hotel is in the perfect location, right in the heart of downtown. You'll be close to everything, from the shops to the conference center. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the staff is friendly and helpful. You'll love the view of the harbor, especially on a sunny day. Don't worry about finding a place to eat outside of hotel hours, the staff will have great suggestions for you. a great stay.

The restaurant's hours are a bit limited, especially for early breakfast or late dinner.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for my needs as it was right by the marina in downtown. It was also convenient for me to explore the harbor and head out of town. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities in the room were satisfactory. The breakfast in the dining room was fantastic and it was even better because guests get a discount. The food was simple and tasty, although it's best to go early if you're in a rush.

Convenient location in the heart of downtown, close to the Port Theatre and the walkway to Maffeo Sutton Park. Onsite free parking, which is a great perk. - the staff was friendly and accommodating, making the stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

The smell of the cleaning product used in the main foyer and elevators was overwhelming and unpleasant. The bed was uncomfortable and very hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The family suite was clean, updated, and in a great location. Separate rooms with TVs were a bonus.

The hotel's location was perfect, with amazing views of the harbor and easy access to the ferry terminal. Close to all the activities and shops in the city. The hotel facilities were impressive, from the spacious and well-designed rooms to the large entrance hall with complimentary cookies and coffee. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.
