As a tourist exploring Niagara Falls, I loved the excellent location of this hotel. It was close to the Fallsview Casino and many other attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing. The staff, especially Jane at the front desk, were exceptionally helpful and made our stay more enjoyable. We were upgraded to a spacious and recently renovated room on the 6th floor, featuring comfortable beds and a nice seating area. The additional sink and mirror outside the bathroom were convenient, and the balcony with a view of the river added to the pleasant atmosphere. The housekeeping service was excellent, ensuring cleanliness and comfort throughout our stay.

The experience at Wyndham Garden Niagara Falls Fallsview felt like visiting family, with no complaints whatsoever.

I recently stayed at Best Western for a short trip to explore the area. The location was perfect, with a small mall, casino, and gift shop right nearby. Self-parking was convenient, allowing me to easily walk to the falls and mall within minutes. Unlike other fancy hotels, this one had a charming balcony, an arcade for kids, and an IHOP restaurant. The hotel's central location made it easy to visit attractions like the Skylon Tower. The souvenir shop inside was great, and the 24-hour concierge was a plus. The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff was friendly. The well-kept pools added to the enjoyable experience.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location. It was within walking distance to the popular attractions, including the Falls, the casino, and Skylon Tower. The room I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The beds were especially comfortable, making for a relaxing night's sleep. Although the hotel is a bit dated, they were in the process of renovating to update the place. I appreciate that they are working towards improving the overall experience. The pricing for the room was very reasonable, especially considering the deal I got through Expedia. The added bonus of receiving dining coupons made it even better. The iHop restaurant was a nice place to eat, although a little pricey. The only minor downsides were the lack of a desk for my laptop and the carpets could use updating. I would highly recommend this hotel as a clean and convenient place to stay for a few nights.

our stay at fallsview was amazing. the staff were so helpful and informative, especially haylie at the front desk. the newly remodeled room was fantastic, with comfy beds and a great view. the indoor pool and hot tub were a nice bonus too.

Conveniently located on Fallsview Boulevard, this hotel offers great value for money. You can easily walk to all the major attractions in the area, including the falls. The rooms are comfortable and are equipped with amenities that provide a comfortable stay. What's more, you can enjoy different but comparable extras with the rooms with whirlpool.

The overall décor and furnishings were outdated and could use a refresh. There were hidden fees that were not disclosed upfront, such as parking and a security deposit.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the amazing attractions. Plus, the staff was fantastic and made me feel right at home. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a surprising jacuzzi tub that I loved. And the view from the balcony on the 5th floor was absolutely breathtaking, especially during the fireworks. the hotel had everything I needed to enjoy the ambience of the falls.

the elevator broke while we were there, but thankfully it was quickly fixed. the ice maker in our wing was also broken, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - it's close to restaurants, shopping, the Falls, the Canada/USA border, and the casino. It was perfect for us being out of the main hustle and bustle of the Niagara Region. The rooms are a good size and clean, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast at the iHOP restaurant in the hotel was not that great but pretty good value for the price.

The hotel could use some renovations to update its facilities.
