Our stay at Best Western was fantastic. The location was perfect, close to downtown, the water, and other towns. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the fridge was a convenient addition. The view of the bay from our room was lovely, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Its proximity to all the waterfalls in-and-around town provides a refreshing and serene backdrop. being very close to downtown ensures convenience for business activities. the clean and well-decorated rooms with comfortable beds, along with friendly and efficient staff, create a pleasant stay experience.

My recent stay at Best Western Inn On The Bay was a truly outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the easy access and the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location of the hotel, overlooking Georgian Bay, was absolutely beautiful. The updated, spacious rooms were incredibly comfortable, with the bed being one of the best I've slept in while traveling. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, with comfortable linens and a well-equipped gym. The on-site restaurant was excellent, with a delightful outdoor patio that offered stunning views of the bay. The breakfast, while not included for all rooms, was delicious and served by attentive staff. my stay at Best Western Inn On The Bay was exceptional and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Although my stay was fantastic, there were a couple of drawbacks. the check-in time was later than expected, causing a change in my plans for the day.

This hotel offers great value for money and prices are very reasonable. The attention to detail is fantastic, as they even have individual thermostats in the rooms for tailored climate control. I was also pleased that they accommodated my request to bring my small pet along for a nominal extra fee. The location is lovely, with a convenient area to walk pets and a beautiful view overlooking the harbor.

The only issue I had was that our room was located just off the lobby, which made it a bit noisy with guests and staff coming and going.

The location right on the Grey Bruce Trail along the water was perfect for morning hikes or leisurely strolls. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were impressive. The staff was welcoming and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. We also appreciated the convenience of parking and the easy access to downtown with a trail.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with comfortable rooms and a beautiful view of the bay. The location is perfect, situated right at the shore of Georgian Bay and in a quiet area. The staff are very attentive and the basic amenities are provided, including comfortable beds and linens.

All was fine, nothing to complain about.
