They went above and beyond to ensure that all safety protocols were followed and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. Special shoutout to Sarbjit and the breakfast team for their warm hospitality and extra assistance. The rooms were nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The hotel's location was also fantastic, with convenient access to shopping and other attractions. The prices were reasonable, offering great value for money. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our experience at this hotel was excellent! We stayed here for a couple of days while exploring Vancouver. The staff, especially Nav at the front desk, was extremely helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff and breakfast room staff were also great. The hotel was quiet, clean, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The free WiFi, parking, and breakfast were a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Amenities like fridge, microwave, and coffee maker were handy. Easy parking and convenient location for various places in the area.

We also enjoyed the complimentary parking.

The soundproofing in the room could have been better, as we could hear noise from outside and from neighboring rooms. the bathroom could have been larger and better equipped with toiletries.

During our stay at Best Western, we were impressed by the superb staff. The concierge staff was extremely courteous and efficient, making our check-in quick and painless. They even took the time to suggest local activities for us as out-of-town visitors. One particular housekeeper, Amandeep, went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. She cleaned up a messy situation in our room without any complaints and always had a wonderful smile for us. The dedication of the staff truly made our experience at the hotel memorable.

Had a great time here! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help and assist. The rooms were clean and cozy, with all the amenities one might need during their stay. The hotel is located in a central area, which makes it easy to access all the local attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was well-maintained and had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the experience was fantastic and I would definitely go back.

The only downside was the lack of a magnifying mirror in the bathroom.
