The location of this hotel is great, as it is close to many restaurants where I can find a variety of dining options. The staff here is also helpful and accommodating, willing to pick what I need from the trolley and deliver it to my room. there is a restaurant at a nearby hotel where I can enjoy good food.

The lack of adult supervision and noise disturbances caused by a large group of young girls running in the hallways on Thursday and Friday nights were quite bothersome.

During my stay at Best Western, I had a wonderful time enjoying the pool facilities. There are two indoor pools, one with a hot tub and one without. Although I initially had difficulty finding the hot tub, the staff was friendly and helpful. The setup of the hot tub area was great, and I wish I had known about it sooner. I would highly recommend this hotel for its pool amenities.

There were a few negative aspects to our experience. Firstly, the outside of the building was in need of repair and there was limited parking available, which made it difficult for us to find a spot.

Cleanliness was exceptional, the room was spotless and the cleaning staff were experts. The hotel facilities were great, especially the glass showers in the bathrooms. The staff, specifically Jay and Julienne at the front desk, were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with access to various elements in the area according to our plans for the weekend.

there was construction going on which was quite disruptive, with loud jackhammers and power outages. It was definitely not a peaceful atmosphere.

One of the best aspects of this hotel is its location. It's very easy to find off the expressway and feels safe. Additionally, the staff is fantastic and always ready to assist. The rooms are clean and the basic amenities are provided. Furthermore, the complimentary breakfast offers an awesome variety of choices.

All in all, we had a great stay and couldn't find any significant areas for improvement.

We loved our stay in this hotel, as it had so much to offer! The location was perfect, with so many great restaurants in the area, including the restaurant at the nearby Sheraton. The food there was excellent, and we had a few great meals. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we had everything we needed, including a nice bathroom and great service from the staff. The breakfast was also a highlight, with many options available that satisfied all of our taste buds. we had an amazing stay and would love to come back!

We did have one issue with the hotel - the coffee machine was in dire need of an upgrade.

During our city trip, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi offered by our hotel accommodation. We also appreciated its close proximity to major tourist attractions and shopping centers. the friendly and accommodating staff made our stay more comfortable.

The noise from the busy roads surrounding the hotel was quite noticeable. the lack of a fridge or microwave in the room made things a bit challenging.
