The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and I enjoyed a complimentary hot breakfast. The staff were polite and helpful, and the rooms were clean. The outside area was well-maintained, with beautiful flowers and a gazebo. The lobby was also impressive. my experience at Best Western was excellent.

The hotel's location on the "Trans-Canada Highway" allowed quick access to all local businesses, making it very convenient for my appointments. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. There was ample parking available, which was a great relief for me. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating, especially during the power outage. They dealt with the situation with patience and professionalism, providing us with flashlights and ensuring our comfort. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, providing a delicious start to the day.

Located right across the street from the Irving truck stop, the Best Western Pembroke Inn & Conference Centre is conveniently situated for business guests on the go. The Westwinds restaurant, which is within the hotel, provides a great spot to grab a meal or a drink after a long day of work. the hotel is just a short distance from the small downtown area, allowing guests to explore the local shops and restaurants during their stay.
