best birthday stay in trail! exceeded expectations. friendly staff, comfy beds, fantastic italian restaurants nearby. downtown area great for strolling, free tour of cominco was fascinating, gyro park beautiful, electric car charging stations nearby.

I stayed at Best Western in Trail recently and got great value for the money. The room was comfortable, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient for exploring the unique downtown area and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The breakfast could have been better with more options.

Our second stay here and still impressed with the rooms, bedding, and friendly staff. The breakfast is fantastic, and the restaurant/pub serves delicious food. Next time, we'll request a room on the quieter side of the hotel, away from downtown noise.

I had to stay at Best Western for a night due to a cancelled flight, and it turned out to be a great last-minute choice! The staff were friendly and efficient, accommodating us without a reservation. The downtown core is unique and great for strolling. The free tour of Cominco was fascinating and well done. Gyro park, just over the Columbia, is a beautiful and family-friendly park. There are 3 electric car charging stations a block away at the arena. The attached restaurant was great, especially during happy hour. The beds and linens were excellent, very comfortable. The toiletries had a wonderful orange scent. The suite was spacious and had upgraded decor.

One area for improvement could be the breakfast offerings. While the grab and go breakfast provided was not satisfactory, other hotels we stayed in during our travels had their restaurants open and offered a better breakfast experience.

During my Christmas stay, I found the hotel surprisingly quiet and peaceful despite being located near a busy road. the staff was friendly, accommodating, and fulfilled our requests quickly. the breakfast options were delicious and there was a good variety to choose from. the hotel location was great and easily accessible to nearby attractions.

The bed was very uncomfortable and left us both with sore backs. we had to manually turn on the fan/AC for fresh air which led to us waking up with dry throats.
