We recently stayed at the Best Western Plus for a family visit and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised by the extra touches, such as the Lindor chocolate welcome gift and cookies at the front desk. The hotel's location was perfect for our needs, and we found the staff to be respectful, polite, and always ready to help. With ample hot water for showers, we felt right at home and would definitely choose to stay here again.

We had a great girls weekend in Elora, just a short drive from Best Western Plus. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds incredibly comfortable. The staff, especially Manish at the front desk, were attentive and friendly. We loved the added touch of receiving a Lindt chocolate box as a Christmas gift. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the charming villages of "real Canada" like Elora. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the room was spacious and well-equipped, including a microwave. a delightful stay with thoughtful touches.

Exceptional customer service, super clean room, and nice decor. The breakfast was good with a good selection. The location was great, only a few minutes away from where we needed to be. I also appreciated the convenience of the breakfast form and quick pick up. The room was spacious and quite clean.

There were some issues with the TV wifi, as it kept dropping and frequently rebooting, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, there was no TV guide channel, so finding programming required surfing through all the channels, which was a small nuisance.
