The continental breakfast had many options to choose from, including delicious hot food. We enjoyed having a kitchenette and refrigerator in our room, which helped us save money by avoiding eating out for every meal. the spacious room was nicely decorated, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Our room was only cleaned once during our 5-day stay, which was inconvenient. We also had a negative experience with some of the staff, who were sometimes unresponsive and unapproachable.

the check-in area was spacious and the staff were friendly and welcoming. the rooms were light, spacious, and very clean, providing a modern and relaxing environment to unwind after a busy day. I appreciated the thoughtful layout of the room, which included a table, sofa, and TV. the room also had all the essential amenities like a fridge and kitchenette, as well as fresh towels and toiletries. the hotel even had a well-equipped laundrette. the location was perfect for sightseeing, with the Wells Gray Park information centre right across the street and plenty of dining options nearby. the breakfast in the light and spacious dining room was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Lastly, the complimentary hot breakfast is a great bonus, fueling you up for the day ahead.

One small aspect could be improved, but it certainly didn't overshadow the overall experience.
