Convenient location off highway, clean room and comfortable bed, amazing jacuzzi, friendly and welcoming staff, nice pool, lots of accessible outlets.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of town, which provides a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The location also offers easy access to a nearby excellent restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious meal. During our stay, we also had the opportunity to tour the Falls, which was a wonderful experience.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our trip to the East coast. We were able to easily tour the Falls, which were just down the hill from the hotel. there were excellent restaurants nearby, making it convenient for us to grab a bite to eat. The room was clean and modern, providing a comfortable stay.

One negative aspect was the breakfast, which was described as unappetizing and the area messy in one of the reviews.

The beds were extremely comfortable, and the shower was a bliss. The room had ample space for 4 adults. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with new furnishings. The staff was friendly, helpful, and hardworking. The breakfast offered a variety of choices, including fresh fruit, coffee, eggs, beans, juice.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Grand Falls. The location was very convenient, right along the main highway, making it easy to find. In addition, there were restaurants nearby, so we didn't have to go far for a meal. The room was clean and well maintained with a comfortable bed. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room had a Jacuzzi, which was a nice bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was outstanding. the hotel provided great value for money, with basic amenities and a nice big bed for no extra charge.

We loved the friendly and super helpful staff. The rooms were as advertised and very clean. Parking was easy, plentiful, and free. The location was convenient as it was halfway along our route to Nova Scotia.

Nothing to not like.

We were absolutely blown away by the comfort of the bed at Best Western. It was like sleeping on a cloud! The room was modern and clean, with all the amenities we needed, including a fridge and a microwave. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, from eggs and sausage to fruit and yogurt. The hotel also went above and beyond to prioritize hygiene during these difficult times, which was very reassuring. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast had a lot of choices and they offered complimentary complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby. The hotel was conveniently located near the highway and near local attractions. The staff was friendly.

The hot tub jets were not powerful and the lighting in the pool area was not the best.
