The staff and management were exceptionally friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. The hotel had a very clean and modern feel, with large sized rooms. The breakfast each day was delicious and there was even a free coffee machine in the reception area. The best aspects of this hotel were its cleanliness, hotel facilities, location in a quiet area of the town, and the friendly staff.

Located in the great Red Deer area, this hotel is easily accessible on the east side of Lacombe close to the golf course. The rooms are spacious, attractive, and offer a luxurious feel. The beds are comfortable, and the television cable package is great. The breakfast spread is wonderful, with a variety of items and even gluten-free options. The pool facility is a hit, with a fast and fun water slide that is perfect for kids.

The reception staff could be more attentive in greeting guests.

Great place to stay. Amazing amenities, top-notch service, and excellent breakfast. The water slide and the 24-hour gym were fantastic! It is also located in a peaceful area, and we had a restful sleep. The breakfast area was spacious and had a broad range of options to suit our needs.
