Great location! Walking distance to major attractions, restaurants, and shops. the breakfast options were decent, with yogurt parfaits and bagels. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Our room was lovely, big, and spacious. Skip service is a great idea, no need for daily room service or clean towels. The location is great, next to the Museum of Nature and Elgin Street, filled with pubs, bars, and restaurants. About a 15-minute walk from Parliament Hill.

The hold on the credit card for the duration of the stay may have been seen as excessive by some guests.

The staff at check-in were friendly and apologized for the wait. They quickly got me into a great room with a comfortable bed and a nice TV. The hotel's location was convenient for catching rides to different areas of the city. As I had to leave before breakfast, the staff provided me with a breakfast mini-pack. Their kindness was impressive.

Had an amazing weekend getaway with my partner. the hotel room was beautiful and breath-taking. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and loved the fact that we could request how we wanted our room cleaned. the staff was very accommodating and their customer service exceeded our expectations.

There was noise from repairs and lamp replacements in other rooms and we were not given ample notice. Our request for a razor and shaving cream was not met.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any request. While there were minor issues like the limited amount of coffee mate in the room and the lack of environmentally sound practices in the breakfast area, these did not detract from the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in downtown Ottawa and had a fantastic experience. the location was perfect - situated on a quieter street, yet still in a great area close to everything I needed. Secondly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with a sliding opening window to let in plenty of air and a kitchenette for added convenience. Lastly, the breakfast offered a few options to choose from and was included in the price. this hotel provided great value for money and attention to detail.

All was perfect during my stay at this hotel.
