This hotel is simply amazing! The rooms are incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for all of our ski equipment and food supplies. The layout is perfect and everything is so well organized. The staff here are top-notch, always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, with real eggs used for scrambled eggs. The hot tubs are a dream, especially the massive one, and the change rooms are clean and well-maintained. this place offers enhanced comfort and quality services.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had amazing mountain views. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The only improvement needed for breakfast items would be fixing the broken waffle machines, as it left the kids disappointed.

The hotel's location close to natural attractions allowed us to explore the stunning Arrow & Kootenay valleys & lakes and Mount Revelstoke National Park. I asked for an early check out and they confirmed it was doable and when I got there the room wasn’t ready BUT they did everything they could to have a room ready within 30 minutes.

I recently stayed at Best Western Plus in Revelstoke for a few nights during my trip. The hotel offered a delicious hot breakfast, which was a great start to the day. The rooms were clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel had a calm atmosphere and the outdoor hot pools were a fantastic amenity. There was a local ski bus stop right outside the hotel, and they even provided us with a complimentary bus pass. In the evening, there was a shuttle bus that ran in and out of town. There were also plenty of dining options within a short walking distance. our experience at Best Western Plus was fantastic, and I hope to come back in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Best Western Plus in Revelstoke. We were looking for an affordable ski resort, and this hotel exceeded our expectations. The spacious and well-equipped rooms, along with the comfortable beds, made for a cozy and relaxing stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the convenience of having a liquor store right next door. The free parking and reliable wifi were additional bonuses that added to the overall positive experience. The location, right next to the TC-1E exit, provided easy access to the downtown area of the city. The large parking space, including a Tesla charging station, was a great convenience. Upon arrival, we found the room to be clean, spacious, and beautifully scented. The presence of computers with a printer in the lobby was an added convenience. From check-in to check-out, we experienced fantastic service from the friendly staff. We were especially impressed with their pet-friendly accommodations, as our pup even received a welcome package. Unlike other hotels, the pet-friendly room was spotless. our stay at Best Western Plus was clean, cozy, and quiet. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

Great stay overall! the room was cozy and comfortable for a romantic escape, with a beautiful view of the mountains. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from great dining options and close to hiking trails. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the heated pool. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

While we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we did have a small issue with noise from other guests in the hallway late at night. However, the staff was quick to address the issue and it did not ruin our overall experience.
