the location might be central, but indoors is a different story. the heater in my room was so noisy, it woke me up everytime it decided to kick on, and the kitchenette only had tiny bowls—absolutely useless. i expected a complimentary upgrade for all these inconveniences but apparently, i'm not important enough for that kind of treatment. just couldn’t recommend this place.

Friendly staff and convenient location.

During my recent stay, I encountered multiple issues that truly soured my experience. The first room I was assigned had a terrible damp smell, and the curtains were off their runners, making it quite dark and uninviting. After requesting a room change on the third day due to these conditions, I was told the hotel was fully booked, which was incredibly frustrating. Eventually, I was moved to a new room, but it also had lingering cigarette smoke despite being in a no-smoking area. It's unbelievable that the hotel management allows such poorly maintained rooms to be occupied.

The location is excellent, with endless dining options just steps away! Our spacious room was accurately described, and the accommodating staff made our stay even better. Breakfast had plenty of choices, perfect for fueling up. Underground parking added convenience, though I found the $20 fee a touch steep for a night.

unexpected kindness during a tough time

During our stay, the staff went above and beyond, even accommodating our special needs during a difficult family situation. The rooms were well-equipped with kitchenettes, which added great convenience!

The breakfast options were quite basic, and we missed having a variety to choose from. While the gym was a nice touch, we didn't find the couches in our room very comfortable for lounging.

We had an amazing stay, especially with a spacious room perfect for our family. The kitchenette was a lifesaver, allowing us to whip up snacks between outings. Everyone was friendly, and we even enjoyed the tasty breakfast spread every morning!
