During our stay at Best Western, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room we were given. The queen-sized bed provided a comfortable night's sleep, and the room had ample storage for all our belongings. We appreciated the modern amenities, such as the large flat panel television and the Keurig coffee machine with various flavors. The convenience of having a fridge, microwave, and a safe in the room made our stay even more hassle-free.

The hotel's free parking, included in our stay, was a great feature. Although the spaces in the secure garage were somewhat small, it was comforting to know that our vehicle was well-protected.

The parking situation at the hotel was inconvenient, with construction and a cramped underground parking area making it difficult to park. Additionally, the lack of a pool was a downside, especially for families with children.

The hotel is well located, reasonably priced, and easily accessible by bus or a short walk. The free underground parking is convenient. The rooms are quiet, with A/C, and the staff is excellent. The breakfast at the Italian restaurant is optional but recommended. We have stayed here twice for 10 days each time and will definitely return.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - close to transport links to Downtown, a good Italian restaurant, and the Cruise Terminal. It was also convenient to get to the station without having to get clogged up in downtown traffic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any request. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient and hassle-free. The breakfast provided was plentiful, and the service in the breakfast room was excellent. Thank you to the lady who looked after the area, she was always smiling and ready to help.
