This hotel is amazing! it’s only an 8-minute drive from the airport with a free airport shuttle, so it's perfect for a quick stay. Secondly, I loved the comfortable king bed and soft pillows that helped me have a great sleep. The breakfast was delicious, with an omelette made to order included in the price, and the egg chef was excellent!

best western premier exceeded my expectations during my stay in calgary. the cleanliness, quietness, and spaciousness of the room made me feel comfortable and relaxed. the staff were friendly and the food at the restaurant was great. it was the perfect place to unwind for a couple of days.

Cleanliness could be improved.

The hotel is in a good location close to restaurants and the airport. The shuttle driver is very friendly, and the rooms are spacious and clean. However, the bathroom is small and not very well equipped. The breakfast is adequate, but there are no exceptional options. The pool has a slide and is great for families. a decent place for a short stay.

The hotel lacks in customer service. The staff at the front desk and restaurant seemed uninterested and unhelpful.

The room we were assigned was not properly cleaned and the hotel blamed us for leaving a do not disturb sign on the door, which we did not. the manager seemed uninterested in addressing the problem.

This place is conveniently located within a car manufacturer area, which makes it easy to explore different dealerships. It's also within a 10-minute drive to the airport, which is perfect for air travelers like me. The room amenities are excellent, including the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and flat-screen TV. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the welcome drink was a nice touch. The indoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi were a great way to unwind at the end of the day.

We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Premier. The staff went above and beyond, the shuttle service was fantastic, and our room was lovely. The breakfast options were great, and the restaurant food was delicious. The view of the airport from the 4th floor was amazing. The convenience of the Lounge was a bonus. a fantastic experience!

Got a complimentary breakfast package to go and easy access to the airport from hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed and many international channels to choose from.

Had to call to book shuttle from airport and no fixed schedule. the fixed shower head in the bathtub was inconvenient to use.
