We had a comfortable stay at Best Western Premier. The front desk staff was skilled and supportive. We appreciated the grab-and-go breakfast option. The hotel's modernity and cleanliness were impressive. The dining staff was helpful and kind. The pool was enjoyed by the kids, although the water was a bit cold. we would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Best Western Premier in Timmins for four nights and it was an exceptional experience. The staff were friendly and the rooms were exceptionally clean, open, and fresh. The front desk staff were supportive and even offered a grab-and-go breakfast option for those leaving early. The general manager, Cauline, is doing a fantastic job.

As foreign tourists, we absolutely loved the new facilities and the friendly staff at this hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, with a spacious and comfortable bed. The minimalist interior layout was a nice touch, and we appreciated the wood flooring. The location was convenient, close to the airport and shops, and we were delighted to find a Tim Hortons nearby. we highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch service and great amenities.

What a perfect Christmas stay! First, the hotel's free breakfast was so satisfying, with fresh and cooked-to-order options. the grab-and-go bag option for those who left early was a nice touch. the hotel was located so conveniently to all the nearby shops and restaurants. We never had to drive more than a few minutes to get to anywhere we wanted to go. the luxurious amenities in the room really made us feel pampered. the soft beds and high-quality linens made for a restful and comfortable stay.

While we did enjoy our stay overall, there were a couple of minor issues. the front desk staff could have been a bit more welcoming and engaging, rather than just going through the motions.
