the room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. loved the mural on the wall and the proximity to other venues. the restaurant downstairs had friendly staff and really good food. best western premier exceeded my expectations after my last stay in toronto.

heat was way too hot

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was excellent. The 12pm check-out time was a huge plus for me. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the glass shower. The wifi worked seamlessly throughout my stay.

Everything is what I need and want.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great amenities like a pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing warm and welcoming service.

The access to the fifth floor can be a bit cumbersome, as guests have to change elevators twice.
