During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. It was close to the attractions we wanted to visit, making it easy to get around. the complimentary breakfast was a lifesaver. With a variety of options, including pastries, cereal, sausages, and even a make-your-own-waffle station, we were able to start our days off right with a hearty meal.

They were just too uncomfortable for our liking, and it made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. It would have been nice to have softer mattresses to ensure a more restful stay.

We had an incredible stay in Stony Plain, one of the best places we've ever stayed! The hotel was conveniently located to the hospital where we had to go for a concussion that wasn't improving. The room was clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast selection was delicious and always hot. The WIFI was lightning-fast, allowing us to download shows and browse the internet without any issues.

We were disappointed that there were no shower mats in the bathroom, which led to a fall and some bruising.

Clean, awesome beds and linens! Great shower excellent breakfast! Great location. Great pool, water slide, hot tub, and sauna! Had a wedding reception at the hotel and everything went off perfectly! Loved robe and slippers in the room. Loved the kitchenette experience too. Toiletries very nice touch too. Gave The Cutest Doggie bag for our pup, facility was clean, rooms were nice we had conjoined rooms they were great.

I stayed at Best Western for a relaxing vacation. Enjoyed the swimming facilities, hot tub, and steam room. The continental breakfast created a great vacation atmosphere. Staff was helpful in searching for my lost eyeglasses. Property was clean with a well-stocked store. Guest laundry was affordable and convenient. Lounge onsite. They even kept our forgotten item till we could retrieve it. Staff addressed any issues quickly and pleasantly. Planning to stay again soon.

We recently stayed at a hotel in the area and it was by far the best place we ever stayed. The lobby was clean and welcoming, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds were firm and provided a great sleep after a long day. The hotel also had an awesome breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. We were also impressed with the hotel's attention to detail, such as the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the availability of free WiFi. this hotel provided excellent value for money and exceeded our expectations.

Free breakfast was good quality, large variety of food with a daily special. the location was great, only a short distance from downtown and attractions. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing extra blankets and pillows upon request.

The pool area was quite small and could get crowded quickly, especially during peak hours. the walls were thin, allowing noise from neighboring rooms to be heard at times, which can be distracting when trying to get some rest.
