The location of this hotel is great, especially if you're into outdoor activities. It's close to a BRP dealer, perfect for those who enjoy snowmobiling. it's a convenient base for trips up to Moosonee. The Lunch Pail, a nearby restaurant, is a great option for meals. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable seating area. The bathroom was also spacious and well-maintained. The staff provided helpful suggestions for things to do in the area.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the room, as one bed wasn't made and it seemed someone had slept in it before. The front desk staff was initially doubtful about this, causing some discomfort.

Our stay at the Best Western Swan Castle Inn was a fantastic family getaway in Cochrane. The hotel's convenient location provided easy access to a variety of activities for the kids to enjoy. We spent a fun-filled day at the Polar Bear Habitat and Heritage Village, watching these majestic creatures up close. The staff at the hotel also recommended the Northern Adventure Spirit guided tours, which turned out to be an incredible experience for the whole family. We were able to explore the beautiful wilderness of Cochrane and create lasting memories.

For dads, it would be great to have a dedicated play area for the kids within the hotel premises.

The room I was given was quite small and felt cramped. the noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms was disruptive at times.
