This hotel has an amazing location and I felt safe here, even though I heard it was in a high crime area. The staff here is very welcoming and helpful! They offer a lot of services, like room service, dry cleaning, and bell staff/porter. The facilities are great with an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and fitness centre. The room was cozy with great amenities like a balcony, ironing facilities, and a refrigerator. The breakfast was delicious, and there was a snack bar too!

I definitely recommend staying here!

My stay at Best Western was fantastic! I was in Calgary for a concert and stayed for 3 nights. The recently updated rooms were beautiful and the underground parking was a great bonus. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I loved the pool and hot tub area, and having a restaurant right in the hotel was convenient. a great experience and I will definitely be back.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Calgary for a concert at the Southern Alberta Jubilee Hall. The staff were friendly and the hotel had a modern and clean ambiance. The rooms were spacious and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. I also appreciated the safe parking and the fact that the hotel had a pool and fitness center. With its affordable price and 5-star experience, I will definitely be returning to this hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times when visiting for a track meet. The location is perfect, with the field being within walking distance. There are also plenty of places to eat nearby, so we never have to worry about finding a restaurant. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and this time we were even upgraded to a luxurious suite on the top floor.

We also found the bar and restaurant closing a bit early, which was slightly inconvenient. However, these minor inconveniences were outweighed by the overall positive experience of our stay.

Located in a commercial district, this hotel is a great place to stay for sports fans as it is close to the stadium. The TransCanada Highway is conveniently close, making travel easy. Rooms are comfortable, staff are welcoming, and the breakfast has plenty of options. Additionally, hotel facilities such as the swimming pool and laundry are well-maintained.

The shower curtains could use better upkeep in terms of replacements and the washroom door may stick in the frame.

We loved the convenient location, fabulous facility, delicious breakfast, two fantastic restaurants, ample parking, and the stylish room and bathroom. As people who enjoy karaoke and casinos, we also appreciated the quick arrival of the crib and the extremely friendly staff. The atrium interior design was really nice, and the hotel had a clean and spacious feel. The scrambled eggs for breakfast were the best we've ever had, and the suspended pool deck on the second floor was a unique feature. The secure underground parking was an added bonus, and the beds were comfortable with a good shower in the attractive bathroom.

The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to leave our vehicle in the underground parking, which was a huge convenience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a balcony where we could relax and enjoy the view. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had an amazing shower. The hotel provided a lot of thoughtful touches, such as water, coffee, and apples in the lobby for the guests. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome.

I was visiting for a concert at the Jubilee Auditorium and this hotel was super convenient. It's also close to downtown, which was great. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with amazingly modern bathrooms. The staff at the front desk were super nice and welcoming. The hotel had a great pool area and a nice little pantry at the reception. I also loved the good coffee in the room. I had a great experience during my stay.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with housekeeping doing an amazing job. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the super fun pool. The parking situation was convenient with the option of underground parking, a bonus on cold days. Transportation was a breeze, with the C train only a 5-minute walk away. The location was perfect, with great dining options within walking distance. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable, from the front desk to the bar and dining area.

The breakfast was free and there was a fitness center on site which was a nice surprise. The hotel was situated in a key area close to many attractions. The beds were super comfy and made the stay quite enjoyable.

The noise level was so high that I was not able to get any sleep. The indoor pool was a major issue as all the rooms were located around it.
