We had a great stop at this cozy B&B on our way to Edmunston. The Captain was a fantastic host and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and they even made our 4-year-old granddaughter feel welcome. The river seating area was a perfect spot to relax with a drink from the brewery next door and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We will definitely return on our next holiday.

We had an amazing stay at this hidden gem in western New Brunswick. The rooms were well-equipped and the beds were super comfortable, offering great value for our money. The location was perfect for our road trip, and the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was if guests were asked their preferences at the table.

We stayed at the separate cottage which had fantastic river views from the deck. The facilities were great and the cottage was very comfortable. The river access was a bonus and swimming in the river was amazing. The inn was clean and inviting, with beautiful river-facing sitting rooms in the Maple and Walnut rooms. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was delightful. The nearby brewery's saloon was inviting, and the pints were fantastic. We're grateful for the memorable last night of our vacation.

We had a wonderful time at this charming B&B located next to a local brewery. The room was clean and cozy, with a beautiful view of the river. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast options were delicious. We also enjoyed relaxing on the deck and taking a swim in the river from the B&B's dock.

The advertised restaurant next door turned out to be a bar, so there weren't any food options for dinner unless you brought your own or drove a distance.

the host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. the room we stayed in, Maple, had a jacuzzi tub and a beautiful river-facing sitting room. It was so peaceful and relaxing. the beds were comfortable and the linen was of high quality. Breakfast was a delight, and our hosts were very attentive. the location was great for breaking up a long drive from the east coast to Quebec. We even enjoyed a swim in the river from the B&B's dock. I can't recommend Big Axe Bed & Breakfast enough.

The facilities and amenities at Big Axe Bed & Breakfast were top-notch. We were pleasantly surprised by the free coffee and tea available anytime, as well as the snacks and beer from the local brewery. The honor system for payments was a nice touch. Our room was hotel quality with a flat screen TV and a wide selection of cable channels. The breakfasts were exceptional, with a choice of options to select from. As people who enjoy karaoke and casinos, we were thrilled to find such a wonderful place to stay.
