The value for money was great and the room was nice and mostly clean. The location was perfect, right by the lighthouse and with beautiful waterfront views. The staff were super nice and friendly, making us feel at home.

The morning meal could have been improved with more food options, maybe a vending machine with sandwiches and snacks would be a great addition.

The staff were extremely helpful, reminding us about the need for advance parking reservation at the Grotto and providing practical tips and great suggestions for restaurants. The hotel's quiet lakefront location was just minutes away from the Big Tub lighthouse and a short drive from the town. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering a beautiful view of the lake. We also appreciated the additional facilities, such as the kettle and toaster, available at the reception.

The location of the hotel was great, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The newly renovated room had a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Despite some noise from the air conditioning, the room was clean and had nice linens and pillows. The customer service was excellent, with helpful and friendly staff accommodating our needs.

It had a musty smell upon entering, and we noticed dust and dirt in the room. There were dead bugs and fungus in the bathroom, and the tub was clogged, causing an unsanitary situation.
