The cottage was perfect for our fall getaway. BBQ worked great. Kitchen had everything. Comfy bed with lots of pillows. Big field and beach path for dog. Close to Anne of Green Gables Park and seafood restaurants. Nice morning view. Canoe usage allowed. Great for touring hub. Playground for children.

The cottage is in a great location, close to beaches, a boardwalk, and a golf course in Cavendish. It also offers beautiful views of the bay. The beds are comfy and there is a beautiful deck for BBQ-ing in the evening. The property provides lots of things to do and see.

The wifi connection could be improved, as it was not working properly during our stay.

For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was clean and comfy, with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area. The location was convenient, close to great food options and with a nice view of the water. The staff was friendly and always had a smile for us.

The pool was empty upon our arrival, and we had to drive 15 minutes to use a pool at another location, which was quite inconvenient. the lack of a fire pit at our cottage was also disappointing, as we had to walk a significant distance to share one with other cottages.

The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants. the cottage was cozy and warm, perfect for a Christmas getaway. We enjoyed the fireplace and the comfy bed. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with extra blankets and Christmas decorations.

Our experience was not great due to a few issues. the internet connection was poor and we had trouble accessing emails and streaming movies.

It was like having our own cottage to relax in, with a full kitchen, living area, and a comfortable bed. the clean washroom was a bonus. the location was perfect, close to great food and just a short drive to wonderful beaches on the north shore of the island. We also loved the small playground for our children and enjoyed a nice walk to the bay for some beautiful photos. it was a peaceful and quiet stay.

There were a lot of mosquitos and biting flies near the shoreline, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the waterfront area. It would be great if there was easier access to the water, such as the installation of a dock.

It would have been preferable if each cottage had its own fire pit and a gate on the deck for safety purposes.

The check-in time was strict and difficult to meet, especially if you are traveling on a ferry in the afternoon. the cottage walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbors easily.
