The hotel's great location, Christmas atmosphere, excellent food, and various winter entertainments made our experience enjoyable. I particularly liked the convenience of texting reception for any requests and the quick responses. The spacious property offered plenty to do, and the room was comfortable with a cool fireplace.

We loved this place! It was right in the heart of the action, making it convenient to go anywhere. The service from the staff was excellent, especially the housekeeping who made sure our room was spotless and well-stocked each day. We appreciated the variety of shops and commercial services available on site, and the laundry facilities were a nice touch. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating and air conditioning to keep us comfortable, a spacious sitting area with a dining table, and garden furniture outside to enjoy the fresh air. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and we were grateful for the kitchen utensils and electric kettle which made preparing meals a breeze. The flat-screen TV and cozy carpeted floor in the dining area made for a nice evening in.

We had a blast at Mosaic Suites in the heart of Blue Mountain Village! The two-bedroom unit had a spacious kitchen with all the amenities and a large dining table that seated a big group. The outdoor pool was perfect for kids, with a long shallow lane. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was superb, close to everything but still quiet. Plus, our receptionist Hannah went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special, upgrading our room and providing breakfast vouchers. Thank you, Hannah!

Felt safe walking at night, no complaints whatsoever.

During our Thanksgiving vacation, we had a great time staying at a hotel conveniently located near the mountains. We enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. They were always ready to answer any questions and provide recommendations. the rooms were well-maintained and clean, with comfortable bedding. we appreciated the complementary Wi-Fi and parking facilities which added to our overall satisfaction.

we experienced some difficulty with the Wi-Fi connection, which required assistance from the staff to log-in. the pull-out couch was not comfortable, and we would have preferred two actual beds.
