We loved the contemporary feel and concept of this guest house. The common area was very comfortable, and we enjoyed meeting other guests. The kitchen was well-equipped and the fridge was organized. The laundry facilities were great, making our stay convenient and enjoyable. Communication with the staff was excellent and easy.

The location of the guest house is convenient, with several stores and restaurants nearby at the Boardwalk Plaza. It is also easy to find and provides a good base to explore the Kitchener-Waterloo area. The house itself is clean and quiet, with a spacious kitchen equipped with all necessary amenities.

The location was perfect, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. It was also conveniently close to the Hydrocut Waterloo MTB Park, which I could easily reach by bike. The suite itself was gorgeous, with a great layout and fantastic features like a full refrigerator and washer & dryer. Parking was ample, and the bathroom was excellent. The keypad entry was a convenient touch, and the unit was relatively quiet.

Our stay at the guest house was comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen facilities were top-notch and allowed us to prepare our own meals. The neighborhood was peaceful and the other guests were respectful.

The lack of soundproofing in the walls, making it easy to hear conversations happening in the house. Another small drawback was that the bed in our room was actually two single beds pushed together, creating an uncomfortable seam in the middle.

The location was perfect, with easy access to main roads and just minutes away from the university, shops, and restaurants. The staff was extremely attentive and the communication was prompt and informative. The kitchen in my suite was well-equipped and the whole place felt modern and new. The cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel made it feel like a home away from home. The residential area was quiet and there was ample parking space available. it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious guesthouse. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was organized and easy. The modern furnishings and equipment added an extra touch of comfort to our stay. Although we didn't meet the staff in person, communication was always quick and effortless. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area.

I had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse. From the moment I checked in until I left, everything was organized and seamless. The modern furnishings and well-equipped amenities made me feel right at home. Even though I didn't personally meet the staff, communication was always quick and easy via phone or email. The location was also a positive, as it was close to a big shopping center in this area, making it convenient for any shopping needs.

Within 2 miles of the hotel, we had access to a fantastic shopping center, making it convenient for us to shop for essentials and enjoy some retail therapy. We had no trouble locating the residence, thanks to clear directions. the hotel's location to Boardwalk stores was a major plus for us.

The keyless entry system was convenient, and I appreciated having four bathrooms in the house. Another great feature was the availability of French TV channels. The suite itself was fantastic, with a modern and clean design. The full refrigerator, washer & dryer, and small appliances made my stay even more comfortable. Parking was easy, and the bathroom was excellent. it was a great experience and I would highly recommend staying here.
