The hot tub was nice and clean, but the noise from upstairs was pretty annoying. Location was sweet as, though! Would've been better with quieter neighbors.

absolutely wretched stay, rooms overly cramped and service totally non-existent. housekeeping didn’t come until my second night, leaving me with an empty tea supply. I almost gave a good review when I found bugs in my room, but honestly, I expected a complimentary upgrade or at least a small gesture—what a joke. not coming back, ever.

This hotel is a gem! Fresh and clean rooms with stunning mountain views. Perfectly located near shops and restaurants. Free on-site parking! The check-in was seamless and the beds were incredibly comfy. Oh, and don't miss the daily muffins! You'll definitely want to return!

Had a boss time, la! Room was dead clean with great quality linens, and the shower pressure was spot on. Only downside was the noisy plumbing at night. But, those breakfast crates they deliver? Absolute game changer! Proper tasty delights!

However, the heating system was clunky and, frankly, pretty loud, and the TV was a wild card that didn't play nice with the volume controls. it was always occupied when I tried to access it. Additionally, the lack of daily room cleaning was noticeable. All these things made me feel like I expected a little more bang for my buck given the price point of the room.

The outdoor hot tub was a highlight, offering stunning views. The staff was accommodating, promptly providing blankets and a space heater during a chilly night.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a delayed refund process for the damage deposit, which took over a week to resolve.

the location is ideal, right on the main avenue with a great selection of shops and eateries within walking distance. we enjoyed fresh muffins, yogurt, and juice delivered to our door every morning, which was a delightful touch.

The location is perfect for short visits, just a short walk to shops and parks. Staff were super friendly, providing great tips on local spots and even offered a play yard for our baby.
