We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The property itself was beautiful and had a lot to offer, including various facilities and activities. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised that we were allowed to check in and access our room at 9am, providing us with even more time to enjoy our stay.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed with the spacious and clean rooms. They were well-maintained and provided a comfortable stay. Additionally, the grounds of the hotel were well-groomed, adding to the overall pleasant ambiance. The hotel's friendly staff were accommodating and made me feel welcome. The location of the hotel was also a key advantage, offering convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. I enjoyed the comfortable rooms, well-maintained grounds, and the friendly and accommodating staff.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few areas for improvement. I was disappointed to find that the rooms did not have fridges or microwaves.

We had a fantastic stay at the Brookstreet hotel for a conference. The rooms were clean, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. We even had a chance to see NHL players in the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Welcoming staff, delicious lunch at the bistro, impressive facilities. Comfortable beds, pleasant and helpful staff, great buffet breakfast. Fantastic staff, super friendly and accommodating, allowed early check-in and late checkout. Helpful response when unsure of arrival time, room was waiting.

I gotta say, the value for money at this hotel was impressive. The room was absolutely stunning and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The location was ideal, especially for those interested in the high tech scene in Kanata. The staff treated us like royalty, from the quick service at the front desk to the friendly doormen and helpful pool staff.

The upgrade to a beautiful room was a pleasant surprise. The pool facilities were excellent and provided a great way to relax and unwind. the large outdoor patio outside the Options Jazz lounge was a beautiful space to enjoy drinks with friends. The seating was comfortable and the area was well-maintained.

It was cold, tasteless, and subpar, which was unexpected from an upscale hotel. This was a letdown considering the otherwise enjoyable experience on the patio.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The curtains allowed for a good sleep. The staff was excellent and friendly. The underground parking was convenient.

We are currently staying at a wonderful hotel that is nestled right next to a beautiful golf course. The location is perfect for us as we are in town for a golf tournament. We also love that it is near a business park area, as it allows us to enjoy a refreshing morning jog before starting our day. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and excellent service. The breakfast is delicious and the view from the hotel is stunning. The facilities, such as the pool and gym, are well-maintained and provide great opportunities for relaxation and exercise. it's a fantastic place to stay!

The only downside is that the hotel staff may sometimes struggle with basic math calculations, which can be a bit frustrating.
